Shipping and Delivery.

3.1 Apparel

Apparel is printed to order by [print partner] and shipped from [country]. Before you pay, the checkout shows the shipping cost and the dispatch and delivery estimate for your address.

We email you a tracking link when your order leaves the print facility.

3.2 Where we ship

We ship apparel only to countries where our products and delivery meet local requirements. We do not ship to [countries]. If we cannot deliver to your address, the checkout says so before you pay.

3.3 Taxes, duties and customs

Before you pay, the checkout tells you the country your order ships from, any tax we collect, and whether your country may charge import duty or tax on arrival. Where we must collect a tax ourselves, we do; we never tell you a tax is yours to pay when the law puts it on us. Charges your customs authority sets on arrival are paid to the carrier and are not part of our price.

If you refuse a customs charge and the parcel comes back to us, we refund the item price. We deduct only the return shipping and customs handling charged to us, and never more than the law allows. If you refuse delivery within your 14-day change-of-mind period, we also refund the standard outward shipping.

3.4 Delays

If your order cannot ship by the date we gave you, we ask for your agreement to a new date. Without it, we cancel and refund the items not yet shipped (Refunds, 2.3).

3.5 Lost or damaged parcels

We are responsible for your order until you, or someone you nominate, receive it. If it is missing, damaged or late beyond the estimate we gave you, contact us and we replace or refund it. You do not have to wait out a fixed period of tracking silence first. A tracking scan is something we check, not a reason to refuse your claim.

3.6 Your address

Check your address before you pay and tell us quickly about any mistake. If a parcel comes back because the address you gave was wrong, we reship it for the documented cost of the new shipping, or refund the item price. We never charge you for an error made by us or our print partner.

3.7 The Numa Study Bible

The Study Bible ships to Founding Members at no cost, and the Owner pays any import duty or import VAT on it. We email you to confirm your address before the first shipment, with a tracking link when it leaves. The latest dispatch date and what happens if it is missed are in Terms of Sale, 1.6.
