6.1 About these terms

numaverse.org is run by Numa Verse, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we"). These terms apply when you use the site.

6.2 Our content

The films, Studies, Theology Research Map, articles, the Scroll design, the Numa Verse and Two Minutes for God names and emblems, and the site itself belong to Numa Verse or its licensors. You may view them and share links to them for personal, non-commercial use. Without our written permission you may not copy, republish or sell them, or use them to train or feed an AI system. This does not limit what copyright law lets you do anyway, such as quoting for review.

Scripture quotations are from the Berean Standard Bible, whose text has been dedicated to the public domain. Public-domain material, and names that members place on the Scroll, are not claimed as ours.

6.3 Using the site properly

Do not try to break the site's security, overload it, scrape it, sign in as someone else, or submit anything unlawful, offensive or misleading. We may restrict access for anyone who does, in proportion to the misuse.

6.4 Information on the site

The site offers biblical and theological material for study and reflection. It is prepared in good faith and reviewed by scholars, but it is not professional advice. Dates and plans described on the site may change and we will say so when they do, but that never overrides a promise in the Terms of Sale.

6.5 Reporting content and copyright notices

To report a Scroll line or other content as unlawful, inaccurate or infringing, or to send a copyright notice, email support@numaverse.org. Our designated copyright agent under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act is [name, address, email, as registered with the US Copyright Office]. We review every report and tell the person who posted the content what we decided.

6.6 Links and availability

The site links to other sites, including PayPal, which we do not control. We aim to keep the site available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or by events outside our control. Interruptions to a paid benefit are covered by the Terms of Sale.

6.7 Law, changes and contact
